What We Do
Our ethos is ‘letting you live happy’ and with our extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, we intend on ensuring our ethos is met. We want to provide our tenants with somewhere they can call home.
We know that moving home itself can be stressful so from first contact we will provide a service that will be sure to relieve some of that stress and make the process as smooth and straight forward as possible.
VIEWINGS & APPLICATIONS
All viewings are by appointment only and can be made through our website or contacting us directly by phone, email or our Talk To Us page. We are fully equipped to carry out virtual viewings and/or socially distanced viewings where necessary to meet with government guidelines at the time of viewing.
Applications can be submitted after you have viewed the home you wish to apply for through our tenant portal, paper form or JotForm. Once submitted, you will hear from your home manager within 2 working days who will support you through the full process. We work on an application basis as apposed to a first come basis.
PAPERWORK & PAYMENT
Once successful with your application, it is then on to dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s. Your home manager will support you throughout ensuring all documents and references have been submitted and cleared, explain your PRT agreement and answer any questions you may have prior to completing the tenancy paperwork.
They will also explain the payment process, where your deposit will be held and how your rent payments are processed.
MOVING IN DAY
On your tenancy start date, your home manager will meet you at your new home to show you any important things you may need to know. You will also be provided with a manual specific to your home to refer to when needed.
You will have the opportunity to go through your Inventory with your home manager on this date and highlight any concerns you may have, however we know moving day can be busy enough so you also have the option to do this in your own time.
With our managed homes, we will provide our tenants with ongoing support during their full tenancy. You will be provided with your home managers direct contact details who will manage your home and tenancy day-to-day.
They will check in with you shortly after you move in to ensure you are settling well. You will also have access to the tenant portal where you can report a fault or an issue. We also have a 24/7 phoneline should you require assistance out of office opening hours.
